Today the lord speaks to us on our own iniquities.......He admonishes us
to eshew all sarcastic utterances against people.....Yes correct when
they go wayward....but be gentle in your approach......Today we are
called to acknowlege that we are at fault and that no one is
perfect......We are also called to remember how spotful we are in the
sight of God.....For he said that "the righteousness of man is like a
FILTHY rug in the sight of God"......
We talk of corruption in our world..forgetting that in our own small way are corrupt....from inception of the world man has cultivated the habit of blaming people for every misfortune......We are part of those tragedy that occur in our lives.......in our daily routine we ourselves are at fault....they say that "A small leak can sink a great ship"...you may think that this small things you do wont affect the society but it does.......Am not saying that we should keep quiet and let corruption reign but we ourselves can sway away from the little invidious practise we indulge in....."how can remove a peck in your neighbour eye whiles you have a log in yours..first remove the log in yours...and then you can see clearly to help remove the peck in your friends eye
